Recently Chinese Tattoos have gained a lot of popularity and is popular amongst the old and the young. The Chinese tattoo is a great way to showcase your individuality. Chinese is a complex language and at times it is really difficult to translate it to English, so it is not advisable to do it. The use of Chinese characters as tattoo has led to the rise of Chinese tattoos.

The Chinese character tattoos are kanji tattoos or hanzi tattoo as Chinese characters are popularly known as Kanji or Hanzi. The Chinese tattoos are based on the Chinese system but they are more popular in the western countries than in China.

Most of the tattoo artists are not familiar with the Asian writing style and the Chinese tattoos are just copied like any other character. It is advised that a person getting a Chinese tattoo should do ample research on the Chinese character being made as a tattoo.
At times the tattoo artists have written silly and foul slogans on their clients, these artists are not aware of the meaning of these Chinese characters and hence such blunders are made. Like the Japanese kana tattoos the Chinese tattoo are commonly found on mixed martial arts.
